Brooklyn Lavin

Brooklyn Lavin has inspired and nurtured the journey & careers of many of the top working dancers, singers, actors, choreographers, creative directors, creative producers, designers and entertainment industry professionals over the last 25 years. 

Her Mentorship Program provides truthful tools, inspiration, facts and resources on how to create long lasting careers in the Entertainment Industry and great relationships.

Brooklyn Lavin started her career at Kazarian Spencer & Associates in 2000 in the Musical Theater & Dance/ Choreography Departments. In 2002, she was recruited by Clear Talent Group and became an Agent in the Choreography & Dance Department representing the world's best Choreographers and Dancers known for their work in television, film, commercials, concert tours and other high profile live stage events. Brooklyn became the Director of her Department in 2005, representing Stage Directors, Choreographers, Lighting Designers and Dancers.

In 2011, Brooklyn was recruited to Abrams Artists Agency to their Stage Entertainment Division representing Creative Directors, Emmy Award Winning Choreographers, Creative Producers, Tony Award Winning Lighting Designers, Emmy Award Winning Costume Designers, Production/ Set Designers, Hair/Make-Up Artists, Dancers and Triple Threats. She became the Head of her Department and Vice President of the Company in 2015.

Brooklyn started her own Management Company in 2014 and continues to represent award winning Creative Directors, Lighting & Set Designers, Choreographers, Costume Designers, Hair/Make-Up Artists and Specialty Performers. 

In 2022, Brooklyn consulted with MSA Agency  as the Co-Head of the creatives and choreographers Division and was Head of the Below the Line Divison of Designers. 

INDRA ARMSTRONG

Indra began her career working at Bobby Ball Talent Agency in 2000 in the Print Department.  She successfully restructured the Children's Print Department and opened a Sports & Fitness Department. Working with top Advertising Agencies, Photographers and Directors, she decided to form Terranova Talent as a Co-Partner of this full service agency representing top actors and models in Television, Film and Commercials. 

In 2005, Indra was recruited by Clear Talent Group to revamp their Commercial Department and that same year opened their Print/Lifestyle Division. Working with top actors, models and dancers, she remained the Department Head until 2008 then took some time off to raise her daughter. 

Indra decided to join The House of Representatives in 2010, where she opened their Commercial/Print Department. While working as the department head, she began merging Celebrities with high profile Brands. 

In 2017 Indra moved into Talent Management and joined forces with Brooklyn Management. She represents On-Camera talent, Producers, Culinary Wizards, Influencers and Athletes for commercials and brand endorsements. 

LaDell S. Downey

LaDell started her career in 2020 at Slumber Party Productions as the CEO's social media manager and assistant. That same year, LaDell pursued a career in music and released her first single 'Chasing' as Della Downey. From that point on LaDell knew that creating a space for herself and others to make their dreams a reality was part of her purpose. In 2022, LaDell took some time off to help care for her mother in New Jersey. 

In 2023, LaDell was recruited to McDonald Selznick Associates (MSA) as an Agent Assistant representing award-winning Creative Directors, Lighting and Set Designers, Choreographers, Costume Designers, and Hair/Makeup Artists. LaDell has since evolved and is now Brooklyn Lavin's direct assistant at Brooklyn Talent Management. LaDell continues to pursue her career in music and make invaluable connections that will open doors to a new expansive world.
